First photographs published while still a student following an exchange student visit to the former USSR
1975 – photographed FESTAC (African Festival of Art and Culture), calendar photographs in Nigeria
1979 – travelling Fellowship to Scandinavia, photographing housing and sport complexes
1980/1982 - photographed fragile ecology of the Great Rift Valley as a case study for the first Maasai Water Supply
1984 – joined Gene Nocon Photographers Workshop in London
1985/1988 – back in the UK
1989 – extensive visit to South America, incl Patagonia, Glacier Valleys, and Atacama Desert, returned to Saudi Arabia-central region desert visits, group exhibition of wildlife in Turin, Italy, Nick Edel Gallery
1990 – exhibition at Westinghouse Furniture System Offices, London
1991 – exhibition "Heat and Light", London, Barbican Centre Concourse, opposite the then Royal Shakespeare Theatre
1994 - joint exhibition "Face to Face" in Kiev, Ukraine, with Alexander Radionov - sculptor, and Olga Radionova - painter
1998 - joint exhibition in Prague, Czech Republic, Atrium Gallery, with Alexander Radionov - sculptor, and Mikhail Zhukov - painter
2000/2004, visits to Myanmar, Cambodia, Central America, travelled widely in Central Asia, incl glaciers around Khan Tengri on the Kyrgyz/Kazakh/ Chinese borders
2004/2007 – Southern Caucasus, solo exhibition in Baku, "Baku Lights" - 2007, in Europa House
2008 (November) – solo exhibition at Artefact Gallery in London, "My Imaginary Homeland" - Part 1
2010 – 2012 Baku, Azerbaijan
